Casa Pramosio is located at 1,600 meters above sea level, on a ledge above the Malga Pramosio, a popular alpine restaurant and artisan cheese maker, surrounded by wilderness and the protected Pramosio forest.    


Casa Pramosio e' situata a 1600 metri di altitudine, su un promontorio al sopra di Malga Pramosio, una delle malghe e agriturismi piu' conosciuti ed apprezzati in Friuli Venzia Giulia.  

Avostanis

After a short hike from the Lodge you can reach the Avostanis Lake, a small blue jewel near a spectacular rock face which is a very popular climbing wall. 


Con una breve escursione si puo' raggiungere facilmente il laghetto Avostanis, un piccolo gioiello blu vicino ad una impressionante parete di roccia, molto frequentata da climbers.      

Pramosio (Promoser Pass) sits in the middle of the Karnischer Höhenweg, a high Alpine trek that can be typically walked in the summer months.  The Karnischer Höhenweg is a linear ridge walk, that starts at Sillian in the west and ends near Arnoldstein in the east. 


Passo Pramosio si trova a meta' dell'Alta Via Carnica, un sentiero che si snoda per  170km lungo il confine Italo-Austriaco.  


 

The lodge has a large and cosy living area on the ground floor, ideal  for communal dining and the enjoyment of  the local gastronomy. 


Al piano terra si trova un ampio salone open space in cui i nostri ospiti potranno rilassarsi e gustare la gastronomia locale.
